They got our order wrong, handed us the wrong drinks and food in drive through. We handed it all back and clarified what we had ordered. They remade the drinks and still got one of them wrong.
Great coffee to start the day, and the banana nut bread or the pumpkin bread is also great.
Olivia was very rude at the drive thru this morning. I had a lukewarm sandwich as well that I noticed when I reached my destination. Coffee was watered down. Never again will I support Starbucks. Quality has gone down so much.
I stopped by this store Friday March 27th about 3pm. As I was leaving I noticed the gentleman behind the counter walked to the door he opened it up for a person in a wheelchair he greeted her name. As she entered the store the other employees all greeted her by her name. They showed her love. I want to congratulate you on filling your store with such wonderful employees.
