Don’t order any food past 5:00 PM. I had been to this location quite a few times, ordering both food and drink. I never had an issue with getting baked goods from here until today, when I was served what I am 90% sure was a moldy muffin. It is best to order your food in the morning, when it is guaranteed to be “fresh”. I’m not sure how they handle the food at this location, or how the baked goods are stored, but I ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and it came out with a foul smell despite it being warmed. Both drinks seemed a little light compared to usual... opened them up to see this. The drinks themselves were good, but not filled up enough.
I always ask for my venty Frappuccino caramel EXTRA CARAMEL. and always i get it regular. If i tell the barista that i asked for extra caramel, they respond : YEAH IT IS EXTRA CARAMEL.. they just dont want to do it extra caramel.
