Great customer service
Always a great experience when I and or my wife go here... Always a friendly face and very rarely a mess up with ordering... I always enjoy seeing everyone's smiling faces!!! Always a pleasant experience when going to this location!!!
My partner and I just went through the drive-thru and the poor barista at the window was being yelled at by another barista or manager with a red apron and a shirt that said “you belong here.” The barista helping us looked clearly upset and flustered. She was just trying to do her job, and the line was backing up. My drink and pastry were great, but I hope that person gets let go. No one deserves to work in that kind of environment.
