Service was fine, but I ordered a banana bread matcha and was already 10 minutes in on my way home when I took a sip and realized that not only was there no brown sugar in the drink itself, the foam barely even tasted like banana and was.. watered down? Somehow? It was like taking a sip of snot with a hint of banana flavoring. Idk if it’s some new hire not knowing the recipe or something but.. yikes
I order coffee from many different Starbucks locations, but this one has been consistently disappointing. I've been here three times, and each time the drinks tasted bland and off, nothing like what they're supposed to taste like. Even something as simple as a caramel frappuccino didn't taste right and was noticeably different from other locations. Quality and consistency definitely need improvement here.
Very relaxing to have coffee.
