I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing, bought a coffee, and asked to use the restroom, but the barista told me it was closed. The manager said it was “broken and pending repairs.” However, I returned the next morning, bought another coffee, and was able to use the restroom without any issue. Possibly the most inattentive, rude and disrespectful Starbucks I have been to, messed up 7 out of ten orders.
Love this place
Casual asking for a code for restroom and being told "The restroom is for customers only " when my online order was on the table. Do dress nice to avoid bad experience by the workers there.
