Casual asking for a code for restroom and being told "The restroom is for customers only " when my online order was on the table. Do dress nice to avoid bad experience by the workers there.
On Tuesday March 3rd around 9:00 p.m. I came into the store to get a half coffee thermos full of hot water for some tea and I was told NO.. very strange because I had been here before a couple times in the morning to get hot water for tea and there were no issues and the people were very nice if because it was in the morning I don't know, or if this was in the evening there's some different policy going on. I’d really appreciate if Starbucks can have the option of adding a water to the order in the mobile app. It happened before and happened again in this location today that I just need a water when picking up my mobile order, but told I have to order at the register. The only purpose to order through app is that I don’t have to stand in line at the register.
Awesome spot for a cup of Joe. Place looks amazing, staff is still the best.
