The front barista was rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me a courtesy glass of water after purchasing a drink and snacks.
Orders not processed in order. Waited 30 minutes for a mobile order when people in line were getting their drinks. Given a cold coffee not made correctly only after I asked.
This location definitely doesn't have its act together. Standing there waiting for a drink they mis-made ten drinks in a row, including mine. One lady's latte had to be re-done four times. Staff definitely didn't seem to care... laughing and joking about all the mistakes they were making.
First time I move so quick out of the line
