The staff was so lovely and kind!!! They made the area a very welcoming and enjoyable environment.
There is a girl here (septum, curly brown hair in buns) absolutely YELLING at this guy who's clearly new & feeling miserable. I mean every few seconds she's got a new thing to yell at him about. And I do mean yelling, everyone nearby can hear it. She's so annoyed with him that she's yelling at customers too. As I'm typing this I heard a drink get dumped in the sink & her yell "nope, restart." I feel bad drinking this. I like my coffee without workplace abuse.
We ordered 2 double bacon sandwiches, along with other food for the family. 10 minutes after the other food came out, we asked where the double bacon sandwiches were, and they said they were out. They never told us, we had to ask. They then would not provide the cost difference back, because "a manager is not available ".
6/12/24 6:15pm Absolutely terrible service. Dude was having a bad day or something, throwing everything around all angry. I ordered a matcha and it had so much matcha powder in it that it was forest green and undrinkable. He was making everything with one hand and on his phone with ear buds in the other.
