Ordered a mobile order, and the order was sitting somewhere in the back for 15 minutes and none out of the 5 baristas cared to ask or find out whats going on. I had to somehow figure out that my ice drink has been sitting there melting while 20 other people that came after me get serviced. The entire time i was at the store waiting and none of them asked or tried to help me. My least favorite starbucks in Santa Clarita hands down.
I came here twice for my trip. Every time. They’ve made fabulous coffee. Great service, super sweet, clean location. Only issue was yesterday. When I was here. There was a homeless guy that was scaring the kids, and he was asked him to move away from the windows twice. Then I found out he was banned from being her at Starbucks
Not sure how they missed to call my name out and then try to hand me a drink that’s been sitting for a minute 💀. Made it even more cringe when they “remade” wrong. lol oh man that hurt.
