The barista got upset that she got my drink wrong (missed ingredients) and she overloaded my drink with caramel so I had to drive back for refund. So not cool
I came in for a study session and unfortunately, the area I wanted to sit at was dirty and had trash left behind. I completely understand that customers don’t always clean up after themselves and that the team may be busy. When I asked one of the baristas for a rag to clean it myself, he was kind and apologetic and said someone would take care of it.
