Nice booths
I asked for a matcha with strawberry cold foam but was given a latte with strawberry cold foam instead. When it was finally replaced, the matcha powder wasn’t even mixed in properly. This level of service is very bad.
They let Pho employees sit at table and eat Pho without buying anything. I don’t want that smell when I’m enjoying my coffee and pastry.
Had what I felt was a more complicated drink order, and James at the window/working the drive-thru made it seem like not a problem in the slightest! Very sweet, very good energy!
