I ordered 4 drinks. I wanted to add Raspberry pearls to my tea. The girl added like half scoop. It looked like about 15 pearls for $1.25 on each Treinta sized cup. I kindly asked her if she can put a little more pearls... I have gotten this drink about 3 other times and never had a "pearl amount" problem. She turned around and snapped at me... I always visit this store and they serve you very kindly but today I went and a barista served me and she gave me the wrong frappuccino, you can clearly see how I ordered it and how she gave it to me with whipped cream and she was rude with the other drink I ordered a Summer Skies drink and I asked her kindly to change the lid of the cup because she had given me one with a small hole and because of the pearls in the drink it is not the correct one and she helped me with that but in a rude way and just left it on the table.
