I received a drink I didn’t order. I told the woman who took my order and she yelled at me, told me I was wrong still yelling and proceeded to tell me “well, give it back to me, I want you to leave happy”. I was so thrown off by the yelling I said it was ok and left. I have never had anyone yell at me because of an incorrect order. Very disappointed.
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your store this morning. Following the placement of my order, I was not asked for my name. More disturbingly, I felt as though I was being scrutinized and stared at by several members of your staff. Its important that all customers are treated with respect, and any form of body shaming is unprofessional and deeply inappropriate.
Although it was supposed to open at 6 am according to Maps, it was not open at 7:20 with nothing suggesting that it was opening anytime soon.
