I went into this Starbucks before work as everyone does, and typically I go to 7 leaves but today I thought I’d give Starbucks a go again. Well big mistake on my end. When I went in to order, I had a screen shot of the order and showed Janelle the person helping me the screen and asked if she wanted me to make it larger she said no. When she handed me my drink which has matcha cold foam I nicely asked her, oh hey there’s no matcha foam, she said it wasn’t on the order.
