The guy in the front has an attitude, bad costumer service, you say thank you and don’t even say anything back to you.
Really fast really friendly and my mocha was great. Thank you! The lady was really nice and my drink was waiting for me when I came in after ordering online.
Usually I get a good service here,but the guy who served me today was very unpleasant. No hi, no goodbye, no smile, very passive aggressive. Usually I come here every week, after this I won’t. I am tired of terrible customer service where you feel like you are a burden even tho you spend your money. This guy is a reflection of this generation. Please send Gen Z back to where they came from or simply do not hire them.
I hate leaving reviews unless they are good . That speaks to why I would write this. They have a drive thru. It was closed apparently… I walked in with no one in line. The cashier is on his phone the whole time, I asked a simple question “do you guys still have gingerbread” and he doesn’t answer for a solid 5 seconds and then says no cause he’s on his phone. Giving me weird looks too. Then the barista called mocha “mah-ka” That isn’t bad, I just thought it was funny. My drink was good though.
During my visit while on the way back to NY from PA Lawrence left a good enough impression for me to stop everything I'm doing and leave a review. Very professional and courteous. I hope they recognize the value you bring to the establishment. Happy Holidays
