I hate leaving reviews unless they are good . That speaks to why I would write this. They have a drive thru. It was closed apparently… I walked in with no one in line. The cashier is on his phone the whole time, I asked a simple question “do you guys still have gingerbread” and he doesn’t answer for a solid 5 seconds and then says no cause he’s on his phone. Giving me weird looks too. Then the barista called mocha “mah-ka” That isn’t bad, I just thought it was funny. My drink was good though.
During my visit while on the way back to NY from PA Lawrence left a good enough impression for me to stop everything I'm doing and leave a review. Very professional and courteous. I hope they recognize the value you bring to the establishment. Happy Holidays
The staff is very rude! And coffee is cold.
