My mom ordered a dragon fruit drink thingy, and I ordered a sugar free vanilla matcha protein drink (MEDIUM since the girl that was working said it was a .30 cent diff, TY) and I wish I took a photo but they wrote Enjoy in purple cursive on the drink itself. Waited due to employee on her phone scrolling. Not even a single words from the employee until I asked. No greetings, not even said hello. Worse service ever.
Received an almost half empty cup after requesting light ice. They said it was because they have different measurements for “light ice” orders— but this should’ve been mentioned before I paid full price for my drink. And I’m not sure why this would be the only location using different measurements, when every other Starbucks/ Target location honors my light ice request, without giving me a half empty cup. I bought my kids a Dragon Drink, grande size, at this location and asked for it without ice. We were given a half-empty cup and told it was because we asked for no ice. Since when is ice included in the price of a drink? This should be an option the customer can choose. My kids are upset, and I won’t be buying at this location again.
