Most horrible customer service you could get in any Starbucks location. Staff there are rude to a point that is very different from what we usually see in other normal Starbucks locations. They just want to rush you and get rid of you and move to the next customer in a line and they treat you just like a number who they are bored with
I ordered two venti drinks one of them with three extra pumps of white mocha sauce. The new barista who is obviously new charged me for 3 extra espresso shots on one drink and 6 extra espresso shots on the other. I do not blame the barista for charging me extra because he obviously wasn’t trained enough, I just blame him because he did not even apologize at all or say anything. My total was $26 for 2 drinks. Horrible customer service. Baristas are extremely unpolite and disrespectful. Would never come back or recommend anyone to come to this specific Starbucks location, other nearby locations is where you get the actual nice Starbucks experience.
