Fantastic experience. Everyone was so nice and my order was perfect.
I came in on 1/19 around 12pm to study since libraries were closed. We ordered 2 drinks and a sandwich. The lobby was clean and it wasn’t too busy. A barista was even nice enough to bring us are drinks and food. He was a bald middle height man, I cannot seem to remember his name but he was very kind and even when they were doing maintenance on the wifi he individually went to everyone in the lobby to inform them of it. Good stuff. Recommended.
Asked for a double chocolate chip frap. Simple order. She charged a cookie frap. Before they made it we corrected our order with the barista. She agreed she misunderstood. We walked out annoyed because she still gave us our order incorrect.
