Today my experience at Starbucks left me quite surprised and disappointed. As a regular customer who enjoys visiting Starbucks for coffee, I was taken aback by the policy of charging for restroom access. Took me 25 minutes to get my drink and people that ordered before me got their drink before mines. Worst and slowest service ever. That’s why I chose to go to another Starbucks even though this one is literally around the corner
They are often closed during business hours, only notice is a piece of paper in their window.
I ordered a matcha latte, and it took me 25 mins to get my drink. I hope management will hire more people and provide sufficient training to help the singular barista on the floor. I also asked for light ice, and this appears to be way too much in my personal opinion.
