Even though it was an extremely slow time, it took 15 minutes for our drinks to come out, and we didn’t even receive the correct order. Because of our next schedule, we couldn’t reorder and had to leave with the wrong drinks. Despite waiting 15 minutes, no one apologized. The staff seemed unwilling to work, throwing cups around, which ruined my mood even more. During the entire 15 minutes I was there, only one customer walked in—it was a completely quiet time.
