I'm sad because this was my favorite Starbucks because they usually have the best service but in so frustrated with my last visit. All I wanted was a matcha no milk sub water. There was a new blond girl on drive thru that I have not seen before. She insisted on ringing up a special drink that doubled the price. I have no issue paying latte price for my order, I just like the taste more, but why would I pay almost $10 for matcha and water? This particular restaurant has great customer service, cleanliness and a great patio. I used to live downtown Denver where where was 12 Starbucks. Been to all of them and to Starbucks In many Starbucks around the country. This is the best one yhey know me by name and greet me by name. They know what coffee I drink and will have a chat and ask how I'm doing. No other Starbucks has ever been that great at customer service like this store
Really great location, the staff here deserves a raise!!!
I asked for a brown sugar oatmilk cortado and they literally just filled it up half way....HALF WAY!!!! And no that's not how it's supposed to be. I ordered one yesterday and it was a full short.
