Extremely disappointed with the service here. My friend has had the app since 2019 and we tried to get her the birthday treat, but her app wasn't loading it. She had multiple stars purchase made beforehand and we even made a seperate purchase beforehand to make sure we got the points. We went to speak to the manager and was met with a lack of accommodation for her special day. Coffee and food was good. Too busy and they forgot my drink. No place to sit. Kinda loud too
Super great vibe and the employees at just amazing and super kind and helpful!
This is a great Starbucks. Of course the prices are always going to be high at any Starbucks but the service and the consistency always makes up for it. Staff is super nice and never had any issues. Great coffee, friendly staff and clean lobby.
