Date: 7/23 around 9:25 AM I had a very unpleasant experience with customer service. One of the employees—taller and heavier, wearing glasses—was extremely rude. I went in to order a Jalapeño Chicken Pocket, but she told me they were out. While I was trying to decide what else to order, I asked if I could use the restroom. We were on way to Denver airport..on way we had our breakfast with wraps..croissants..toast..coffee..boba tea... Excellent staff..restrooms had a code...we enjoyed every morsel.
I think for the most part when you go to a Starbucks you know what you're getting. This is my closest local neighborhood Starbucks and have been there a number of times and never been dissatisfied. Friendly And helpful baristas. Eaten here a few times and everything's always up to standard. Can't recall a time that I've waited and or not been able to find a place to sit. Two thumbs up.
I was so greatful for Cameron this morning , I wanted the lavender matcha I knew they no longer had it but he was the first to offer an alternative and now I’m in love with brown sugar cold foam matcha!!
