We walked in and the staff were arguing with each other in front of customers. When I was asked to give my name, "name for the order" I could not hear the employee over the bickering, so I asked what she had said and she repeated but this time with attitude. I then said "for Noah". She then replied "I need your name for the order!!!" Again with attitude. I then responded myself and said "For Noah!" She gave me a dirty look lol. This was Tuesday around 8 in the AM. Heavy set young woman making drinks forward to customer. When asked a question she was extremely short with me. A few minutes later later I saw her be very rude to a delivery driver. I overheard this man ask for a name and she replied in a very curt way “ can’t you see I am busy? I will get it when I have time. “ Completely uncalled for response to a person who asked her a polite question.
Jackie at the drive thru is the sweetest human and always makes my interaction efficient and joyful. Give that person a raise!!!
