I have been a Starbucks customer for 20+ years. In general, I find baristas at most Starbucks locations to be pleasant, friendly, and kind. Unfortunately, however, I've had experiences with select employees at this location who act irritated and rude when I order a pup cup for my dog (in connection with a separate purchase.) This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to - and very disappointing that it’s the closest one to my house. It’s now been 8-10 times when I’ve ordered my coffee trough the app (always just a single drink, no modifications, no food), 20-30 mins prior to picking it up. And it’s never there. Today my name was not even on the progress board. What in the hell is actually going on at this place? I rarely write reviews, but this is utterly unacceptable. This was the worst Starbucks experience I have had. Waiting 20 minutes for my order and ended up canceling because it was still not ready, and I was now fourth in queue . only one girl called Marge was outstanding and working very hard.. The manager was only concerned about training a new member of Staff, even though no one was in the store ordering. I complained to him and his only reply was that it was a busy day today.
