I ordered a Trenta Mango Dragonfruit with 4 scoops of dragonfruit fruit inclusions , but my order was made incorrectly as a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade. On top of that, the drink tasted extremely watered down and had almost no flavor at all. It was basically like drinking water. I was very disappointed because I paid for a specific drink and expected it to be made correctly.

waited 40 minutes for a tall iced shaken espresso. only two workers at first who were just standing around picking up tickets putting it on a cup and then walking away. at least 20+ orders on the screen that they continued to bump to ready even though we were all still waiting and nothing was being made. drinks were only being made after customers complained. after 30 mins two other employees walked out from the back and finally started making drinks. there were people waiting even longer then us… store needs more help or be... read more

Waiting in a drive-through line with only 10 cars for 25 to 30 minutes is absolutely insane. Yes, I count for time to stop before going to work to get my coffee, but I don’t add in an additional 20 to 30 minutes. On top of it, I’m paying $8 a coffee to wait 30 minutes. I’ll find somewhere else to stop before work.

C'mon Starbucks almost 8 dol for a grilled cheese an this is what u get.. Not the 1st time. Dry an hard as hell. Bread is dry, no butter on outsides an tiny slice of.cheese inside🤦‍♀️ is this normal? Can we Do Better?
