I have been a Starbucks customer for 20+ years. In general, I find baristas at most Starbucks locations to be pleasant, friendly, and kind. Unfortunately, however, I've had experiences with select employees at this location who act irritated and rude when I order a pup cup for my dog (in connection with a separate purchase.)
