I have been going to this Starbucks almost every single day for 3 years now as it is on my way to work. I always place a mobile order before I leave my house so I can run in and grab it quickly. I have never had any issues with this or with any staff that work there. However, I have recently had horrible customer service two separate occasions from the same staff member and I will no longer be returning to this location for this reason. They need to either hire more people or stop being lazy and open the lobby! Guy was sitting outside doing nothing instead of opening up the lobby!
I stopped coming here even tho it's literally the closest Starbucks due to the slow and poor customer service. Swung by today to grab a cup of water and was told I need to make a purchase to request a cup of water from Jeffry. Highly disappointed and won't be returning. There's a lot better starbucks out there and should avoid this one. Went to business next door and got water for free no questions asked or tried to force me to make a purchase
