Met someone here for a quick interview. They received their latte within a few min. I ordered a simple small black coffee took probably 15-20 and had to go to counter to ask about it or probably wouldn't have ever gotten it. Worse starbucks ever and they had plenty of staff.
The food is great but when you order ahead it does nothing to help you. They mark your order ready to make it look like they’re taking care of orders on time and then make you wait. They prep all the hot food orders and hold them til they’re done with every food order for the whole store, then after they’re cold they put them out to be picked up.
