The food is great but when you order ahead it does nothing to help you. They mark your order ready to make it look like they’re taking care of orders on time and then make you wait. They prep all the hot food orders and hold them til they’re done with every food order for the whole store, then after they’re cold they put them out to be picked up. I would never go to the one in Lee victory again the service was terrible. I asked for no ice she put less than 1/3 cup and blend it to the form fill up the cup. It was so sad. The color was nasty. My Matcha don’t look nothing like Matcha. never go there again.
This is a very chill Starbucks location. It's a great drive through and quick off and on the interstate. It's also a nice one to sit and enjoy a cup of the charbucks(as I like to call it) Don't get me wrong, Starbucks does have a burnt kind of taste to it. But I really like getting a cold cream nitro and you don't notice that flavor coming through.
