I’ve had a great experience at this Starbucks every time I’ve visited! The service is quick and the baristas are so kind! My favorite Starbucks to sit and work or read.
This is supposed to be lined with caramel, which is very obvious in the cup of nothing but cream / milk along with the caramel sitting at the bottom.. supposed to be 2 shots of espresso and I’m sorry but there’s just not. This color is solid white lol .. Learn how to make your drinks correctly. To tell me this has 2 shots of espresso in it is hilarious… definitely won’t be back to this Starbucks again.
Here's how to provide good customer service: If you forget your customer, you pause the other orders to make it right, especially if it's something as simple as a plain coffee with cream. If your customer is waiting for that coffee a long time while everyone who came in after them is getting their specialty drinks before they get their plain coffee, you apologize and comp their order.
