I went through the drive-through as I always do at Starbucks, particularly my drink was made the wrong way. I always order a Trenta black tea with water eight Stevia shaken well at every Starbucks I go to. This one the staff was extremely rude to me after they made my drink wrong, gave me attitude and was talking to the other employees about me as I know what you’re saying I will not be going back to this location and I will not be referring any of my friends or family to this location. Horrible experience.
In store Starbucks are often not that great in comparison. However, Aleeza was sweet as could be and really made my day! Drink as expected, service even better!
This starbucks is insanely good! Drinks and food are always top tier! The service is phenomenal especially Lysette she is the absolute sweetest there !! All the workers here set off such an amazing ambiance to work or just chat in except Melody she' is absolutely so insanely rude and disrespectful to not only the guests but also her fellow coworkers!
