Normally friendly, would be better without staff members who lose it under pressure. When there’s a mile long line in the drive through during the morning rush, their demeanor inside can turn terse, impolite, and they can forget about what you asked for until realizing you’ve been waiting far too long.
I went through the drive-through as I always do at Starbucks, particularly my drink was made the wrong way. I always order a Trenta black tea with water eight Stevia shaken well at every Starbucks I go to. This one the staff was extremely rude to me after they made my drink wrong, gave me attitude and was talking to the other employees about me as I know what you’re saying I will not be going back to this location and I will not be referring any of my friends or family to this location. Horrible experience.
In store Starbucks are often not that great in comparison. However, Aleeza was sweet as could be and really made my day! Drink as expected, service even better!
