I went to this location yesterday around 5:30pm, I ordered at the drive through and the young lady taking my order kept laughing and repeatedly mistaken my order, acting as if she couldn’t hear me, I understand if she couldn’t but I had order a refresher and she had mistaken it for food while laughing, it was an awkward and an uncomfortable situation, because even at the window she was making faces, and just wasting my time because all I was trying to do was get my drink, and when I got it, it was made wrong.

Natalie was so personable and made our drive through experience so fun with great recommendations!
It’s frustrating to pay for something and repeatedly not get what you actually ordered. At this point, it feels less like an accident and more like a lack of attention to detail. If you can’t get simple orders right, there’s a bigger issue with quality control.
