I tried to place an order and was told they were closed, even though it was still within business hours. There seems to be one employee in particular who is often closing early, which makes it hard to rely on this location.
Came in at 8:14 pm tried to order a latte and she said she didn’t have coffee only refreshers because her equipment was all in the wash. Like what ? Why close at 9 then. Asked for a chocolate croissant and she said she couldn’t warm it up. So she was pretty much closed!
I don't usually post a review but today is different. Sent my husband to get my usual Caramel macchiatto with oatmilk. The cashier gave such attitude that my 10 year old even notice. The order was wrong and we're upset that my husband let them know. When I received my coffee it was horrible, had no taste other than burnt milk. So I went to let them know. Idk what has happened here but the quality of workers at the Starbucks here has gone down hill in the morning. Today was the 3rd time I've walked out of line simply waiting for my order to be taken. The people working the early morning are only I assumed trained to take only one order at a time no matter the line being big or small. Too much time being wasted standing in line.
