Quality control problem in this store..., I used to order at stores in IV or the market plaza, but never had problem with my drinks. I ordered Frappuccino but the cream is not creamy, ice is not blended thoroughly, the drink taste almost nothing.

Absolutely no attention span from these worst-of zoomers. Can’t even listen past an order with only one adjective. The barista even asked for clarification, yet decided to make a face and ignore the specifics of my order.

I've been there about 8 times and they managed to get my order wrong nearly every time,even when there isn't alot of customers, just ridiculous.

I knew there was a rush of students ordering, so I didn't decide to ask them if they had already finished my drink, even though the many people who ordered after me already received their drinks. I was just on my phone waiting for my order, and after everyone left and I was the only one there, the employees started looking at me, probably wondering if I was gonna order, so I just decided to go up to them and ask them what happened to my order and they forgot to make it. I was there for like 20-30 min.
