I've been there about 8 times and they managed to get my order wrong nearly every time,even when there isn't alot of customers, just ridiculous.
I knew there was a rush of students ordering, so I didn't decide to ask them if they had already finished my drink, even though the many people who ordered after me already received their drinks. I was just on my phone waiting for my order, and after everyone left and I was the only one there, the employees started looking at me, probably wondering if I was gonna order, so I just decided to go up to them and ask them what happened to my order and they forgot to make it. I was there for like 20-30 min.
They didn't have an order management system in place, orders placed well after ours were being made first.
Says they are open until 4:30 but then went in and they were closed an hour and a half earlier
