Hi there, I just wanted to share some feedback about the Sandy location. I really enjoy Starbucks and appreciate the staff, but I’ve noticed that the drive-thru is consistently very slow. It’s not unusual to see long lines of around 10 cars, with wait times of 20–25 minutes or more. I completely understand that it can get busy, but this seems to be an ongoing issue. I wanted to mention it in case there’s an opportunity to improve efficiency or staffing during peak times.
The drive threw workers are always so kind! They always ask me about my day at the window.They are so nice! The drinks are always made quickly and taste good as well! Thank you!
