We often go to Starbucks, but yesterday was our first time at this location. We bought three different drinks, and all three of them tasted very bland. We wondered if there was some mistake, but they all tasted watery, like she had put too much ice in them! Looking closely, all three were lighter in color than usual!!! Other customers were behind us, but they left because it was taking so long. Staff good- caramel drizzle now sucks. I don't know when the change happened, but it now offically sucks at all locations. Iced caramel macchiato is the only reason I've gone to Stabucks for well over 10 years. I know exactly what that drink should taste like, and the last 4 locations I got one, it tastes like nothing but watery bland milk with espresso. Not caramel. At all. Even with extra drizzle request. It would sure be nice if there was some consistency. And... Why are your drinks like 10 cents more than every other location?
