Took my partner for our first proper night out after a long winter and this place reminded us why we love eating out. Beautiful food, lovely staff, warm atmosphere. We were properly looked after the whole time. The bill was a kind end to the evening. Going back monthly from now on, easily.
Just found out that they fired this girl that worked there and she was sick and they fired her for being sick she ALWAYS gave me amazing service and she always made my day better and that is messed up target! very disappointed! she deserves better ! never coming again!
They don’t seem to know how to the drinks at this location lol I asked for Iced Green Tea and the girl didn’t know how to make it or how many pumps of syrup… she didn’t put any syrup even though I said iced green tea with classic syrup… she added it but the tea was horrible. I ended up going to the Starbucks on the other side of the new hockey rink and they threw out that tea for me and made me a better one.
We often go to Starbucks, but yesterday was our first time at this location. We bought three different drinks, and all three of them tasted very bland. We wondered if there was some mistake, but they all tasted watery, like she had put too much ice in them! Looking closely, all three were lighter in color than usual!!! Other customers were behind us, but they left because it was taking so long. Staff good- caramel drizzle now sucks. I don't know when the change happened, but it now offically sucks at all locations. Iced caramel macchiato is the only reason I've gone to Stabucks for well over 10 years. I know exactly what that drink should taste like, and the last 4 locations I got one, it tastes like nothing but watery bland milk with espresso. Not caramel. At all. Even with extra drizzle request.
