Fui hoy y pedi un cafe para mi y uno decaf para mi niño, el cafe no es muy bueno me gustaria si fuera mas fuerte, pero siempre regreso por el servicio, las señoritas son muy amables y educadas y da gusto tomarse un cafe al hacer las compras. Despues de un dia de trabajo que te dejen un mensaje bonito en tu vaso es un plus. Gracias
Hace 8 días fui por mi café a starbucks. Al menos esa era la idea. Hacía mucha calor, por lo tanto quería algo refrescante para mi. Observe todos salían con algo fresco de beber, al acercarme a la ventanilla a ordenar un caramel frappuchino me dijeron que no tenían, okay pedí un mango dragón frut igual me dijeron q no tenían 🙄 que tienes entonces pregunté, me dijeron solo café negro entre la que me atendía y su compañera hablaban inglés se reían y quien me estaba atendiendo dijo solo tenemos café negro. The workers there didn't seem like they wanted to be there, especially the lady taking my order. Then my drink sat there for a little while and the 2 ladies standing behind the counter couldn't be bothered to hand me my drink and just stood there gossiping the whole time calling people ugly. When I finally got my drink it just didn't taste right. No customer service skills whatsoever. Definitely going to the other Starbucks nearby next time I want coffee.
I had a really good experience at Starbucks! The team was awesome—so patient while taking my order and super quick in preparing it. I went there to claim my birthday free drink, and they even wrote a note wishing me a happy birthday, which made my day extra special. Highly recommend this location!
This Starbucks does not serve decaf coffee (only decaf espressos). That’s kind of laughable for a coffee place. Barista was kinda rude about it.
