Terrible customer service, walked in and stood there for more than 5 min, no line and no one helping. I just walked out and took my money elsewhere.
This Starbucks location at Sequoia Station unfortunately lives up to the reputation it has around the Redwood City workplace community. The coffee is consistently watered down, and the overall experience doesn’t match the standard expected from the brand. After the closure of the Broadway location — which provided consistently good coffee and reliable service — I gave this store another try, hoping things had improved.
