Very horrible service date was 7/5 in the morning. Lady with glasses has very bad attitude and service. Passive aggressive , needs to work on it if she wants to go further in life then make cups of coffee
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks today around 12:20 PM. I walked in and politely asked for a spoon. I had a straw in my hand from a drink I had purchased earlier, but I needed a spoon for something else. The barista looked over at what I believe was the manager, an older woman wearing a black visor, before responding. This place is one of my go to's especially when getting bagels next door. My recommendation is try to place your order ahead of time, especially in the morning. People who work there are super nice and helpful. Area does attract a variety of people, so be aware of your surroundings. We thought we were doing a good deed one day buying someone coffee only to find out this guy does this on a daily. He was rude to, taking a persons seat who was working.
Horrible staff, when I asked for a new one because mine had a hair they said no and told me to leave. Asked for water but they said I needed to order something.
