Horrible staff, when I asked for a new one because mine had a hair they said no and told me to leave. Asked for water but they said I needed to order something.

I believe they should hire professional staff to manage a place like Starbucks; the venue was dirty, and the restroom—don't even get me started. I am a frequent customer at places like this, but given the poor experience I had, I think I’ll stop patronizing them for quite some time.
Please don’t come here if you expect decent customer service. I work right in front of this shop and stop in regularly, so this experience was especially disappointing. I simply asked for extra ice because my iced coffee had gotten warm. After waiting about five minutes, APRIL told me I couldn’t have ice unless I made another purchase — even though I had already bought the coffee earlier that day. Absolutely love this Starbucks! The staff is always friendly and my favorite drink is consistently made to perfection. It's a cozy spot to relax or get some work done—highly recommend!
