This morning marked the third time we’ve come to the Sequoia Station Starbucks and experienced poor service. We also witnessed very inconsiderate treatment toward a blind woman who simply wanted to use the restroom before making a purchase. I’m not sure if there’s new management, but the early morning service has been consistently disappointing.
Service was bad and workers were rude
I recently went here to meet a client and get some Starbucks. My clients was blatantly discriminated against by the Barista. Never have I experienced what I experienced today. Staff At other locations have always shown patients and courtesy in letting me set up my computer and do what I need to do Before I order. The male staff member showed no patience after my client approached them with a question for service. He immediately got his supervisor that came over and rushed us to order.
