this is my neighborhood Starbucks and I'm here at least once a week. They spent time and presumably money on redesigning this shop but didn't add an ADA automatic door and the floor plan is very confusing. no one ever knows where to stand to wait for their mobile order versus where to form a line to order with a person. They never seem to have enough staff to take orders and make drinks and prepare food so that everything is ready at the same time.
