Everything very nice.
Pulled up to the order box and was told to wait for a second, which we agreed to. Both me and my sister just waited as we discussed what drinks we were going to pick (we were speaking to each other so we didn't raise our voices or anything). The girl taking the orders then yelled at us saying she would take our order and to stop yelling at her. Smyrna TN exit 66 this is what we were told "Anything other than hot brew wait time 25 plus minutes". We ask if they were cleaning she said it was the regular waiting time for a drink, inside of this place 3 people waiting for their drink outside may be 6 cars. The new CEO needs to take a drive to this place pronto super ridiculous not to mention they were well staffed.
The employees could stand to be happier to be there, and the hot chocolate just tasted like hot water.
