Like most Starbucks. Walkable for me, which is a huge plus. MOST of the staff are lovely...I'll leave it there.
We have been going to this Starbucks since it opened a few years ago and have had a very good experience, mainly because of the staff. They have consistently been very friendly and welcoming... until the last few times we have gone there. Today and a few other times lately we have placed our order (in store) with "Bre". Horrible customer service at drive-through Nearly threw my drink at me And slammed the window as I’m trying to ask for a straw. 🤷♀️ I come here often I’m always kind to the baristas and I tip every time! I’ve never had issues here before until this one young girl Started working the drive-through. I thought maybe she was having a bad day isolated event but Nope! I came back and she did it again! I’ll take my business elsewhere.
