We have been going to this Starbucks since it opened a few years ago and have had a very good experience, mainly because of the staff. Best place in San Diego
My Ice Shaken Expresso had floating white substance, and it tasted terrible. I returned to the counter inside the shop to show them coffee and exchange it. I asked them to throw it away. The Bautista was rude and inconvenienced. While she offered to make me a new coffee, she told me after I asked her to dispose of it "You can throw it away yourself" and pointed to a trashcan by the door.
