My Ice Shaken Expresso had floating white substance, and it tasted terrible. I returned to the counter inside the shop to show them coffee and exchange it. I asked them to throw it away. The Bautista was rude and inconvenienced. While she offered to make me a new coffee, she told me after I asked her to dispose of it "You can throw it away yourself" and pointed to a trashcan by the door. Like most Starbucks. Walkable for me, which is a huge plus. MOST of the staff are lovely...I'll leave it there.
We have been going to this Starbucks since it opened a few years ago and have had a very good experience, mainly because of the staff. They have consistently been very friendly and welcoming... until the last few times we have gone there. Today and a few other times lately we have placed our order (in store) with "Bre". Bre has consistently been sullen, curt, and unfriendly when we interacted with her.
