I ordered an Island Colada energy drink but they gave me a Blue Coconut Lemonade instead. Also paid for extra shots in my Caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino but they did not add the extra shots. They were super busy and we had to rush so we left with the drinks we got. Extremely disappointed with the service.
Mia was honestly the sweetest person I have encountered at that store. With a long line behind me she was extremely patient in taking the time to explain different drinks and their different flavors, and even ended up giving me a recommendation that I loved. Her customer service is top tier.
