This Starbucks is in a very small plaza in the corner of 2 busy cross streets. There is very limited parking and the whole area can get pretty congested with traffic, especially during that 8-9am range. Yes, they have a drive-thru, and yes you can order ahead on the app, but if you're in any kind of rush in the morning, you'd probably be better off going to another location.
