I stop at this Starbucks for convenience (close to my house) but EVERY TIME I come here my drinks are always wrong and nasty. I’ll just start going to the one on imperial or dunkin donuts. Service isn’t great either, I expect to be greeted while ordering at the drive thru, not just a “what can I get you” and I expect to be greeted when I get to the window instead of “what are you paying with today” Hospitality and mannerism is at an all time low these days and you guys think it’s okay to ask for tips but are not giving “Tip”... read more
Stopped by this Starbucks for the first time and was really impressed! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. My drink was perfect, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Definitely a great first impression—I’ll be back!
