So today i went to Starbucks yes the one in ingles on Leicester,i ordered a venti pink (AND PAID FOR A VENTI) when they gave the drink to me it was 2/3 of the way full (mind u i paid for a venti) then i got a shaken espresso and told him no cold foam he gave it to me with no milk it was just a venti cup filled 1/3 of the way with espresso and when I told him that he had the order wrong he gave me the biggest attitude and said that i said no milk ( if i wanted just a shot of espresso that’s what i woulda asked for tho so 😬) ... read more
Hands down the best Starbucks in town. They are the only store in town that get my order right and give me the extra espresso shots in my latte that I pay for. Do they get busy? Sure, but that is to be expected with only 2 employees. I see all the bad reviews on here and wonder if everyone who responded negatively has ever worked food service. If they’re busy, just expect a slight delay.
They told me they was closed, it was 630pm. On a Monday. Was my first time going and couldn't get anything. Websit says they closed at 8. PICK ONE
They just refused to give me a glass of water, even though I’m pregnant and a regular customer here. How sad. Starbucks is not what it used to be.
