They just refused to give me a glass of water, even though I’m pregnant and a regular customer here. How sad. Starbucks is not what it used to be.

The lady handing out coffees behind the counter is very hateful and unpleasant!!!
They wouldn't scan my app and tried to say it's corporate only, yet the Ingles beside where I live has no problem doing it on a regular basis.
Everytime I come in to this ingles Starbucks, I am met with attitudes from the morning female workers. They are rude, disrespectful, and make their customers feel like they are an inconvenience. They have zero customer service skills.
