Charged me $9 for a grande I usually pay $8 for a venti of the same drink then was rude
I love some of the coffee and drinks but I really hate it when they take away seasonal drinks and foods with no warning
Really nice people even when they are about to close.
They need to retrain the employees not to stick their fingers INSIDE the cups, they can hold the cup on the outside while writing on it. Also, to wash their hands after cleaning or handling the registers. I had to tell the new lady to wash her hands after scrubbing something nasty
