Drinks and people are great.
They weren't rude, but they weren't nice either. Zero smiles in the cafe from the workers. My daughter ordered a venti caramel frappe and 1/3 of the cup was filled with whipped cream on the bottom, then a small layer of the coffee, and then another layer of whipped cream. We got about the size of a kids cup worth of the actual frappe, but paid for the venti. My coffee wasn't even full (about 3/4) when it was given to me. My partner had asked both baristas a question about an item on the menu. Both ladies barely acknowledged us or gave us an idea of what to suggest with the many new options. My partner ordered a grande pistachio cold brew and was given the wrong size at the end of our services. Very disappointing.
