As I got there no one greeted me or acknowledged me at first but they were dealing with I’m guessing a spill as they were mopping the kitchen so I gave them some grace. Therefore when I received my drinks they were awful. I have never had this happen at a Starbucks but my go to drink was absolutely horrid. My partners drink was also terrible. I believe they lazily threw stuff together… if you don’t like your job maybe don’t work there :)
McKenzie or however she spells it “Myckenzie”, was very rude and made us feel like we were a bother , we get to the register she makes a face and after I place my order she walks off . Guess they don’t give receipts then the other lady makes the drink so idk why she was so fast to walk away when I was stil standing there. Neither employee seemed happy or like they wanted to be there
They definitely need 2 people working in the mornings....the wait is horrible 😑
This place needs more help/employees. I have seen many people walk away because they dont wanna wait....who wants to wait for coffee when one person cant work fast enough
