They definitely need 2 people working in the mornings....the wait is horrible 😑
This place needs more help/employees. I have seen many people walk away because they dont wanna wait....who wants to wait for coffee when one person cant work fast enough
Good Afternoon, I am reaching out regarding an incident that occurred during my visit to Starbucks earlier today. I am usually very pleased with the service and have appreciated how quickly staff resolve any minor issues in the past. However, today’s experience was concerning and left me disappointed. When I picked up my order, the barista accidentally spilled a hot drink on me. Ms Jocelyn at this location needs to maybe her start her day with a cup of coffee. Drive thru experience was awful and I only talked to her for 5 seconds and I know we're suppose to have grace for people and you don't know what they're going through but vice versa. Customer service needs major work. Rude, short with responses, walked away when I told her there was something wrong with my order and when there's no communication there is only assumptions.
