they charged for mocha drizzle and forgot to put it on my drink so i asked them to put some on kindly and she squirted 5 squirts of chocolate on my drink and it tastes horrible. on top of it the lady making the drinks was rude i only asked for a straw and she looked upset and i said “thank you” and she just turned around. it’s not my fault yall don’t have any straws stocked like you’re supposed to, one of the worst starbucks i’ve been to.
Hand scanner wasn't working but barista did what she could just so I could get my points. She was super nice.
JC was really rude today in the drive through. I come to Starbucks twice a day. Once in the morning before work and also in the evening. Normally I purchase something at every visit. I came today just to get a water because my blood pressure was high so I didn’t want to get a beverage just something to take my blood pressure medication with. JC was super rude and after this experience I don’t think I’ll be returning to Starbucks ever again. Receipt #709942
