I went in to order and the cashier, Sol, completely ignored me as if I were a ghost. She didn't acknowledge me at all; instead, she just stood at the register chatting and joking with her co-workers. Completely unacceptable as consumers are bringing business to the establishment and deserve to be greeted and treated nicely. Don’t visit if you want to feel appreciated as a consumer, go to another location.
This review is a little difficult for me to write. I’ve been coming to this location each morning for years. More recently, particularly in the mornings, I’ve noticed that Mobil orders are taking much longer than I’ve experienced in the past. There is also a noticeable difference in productivity when certain people are working. There are some really great people there but Mobil orders should not consistently take 45 minutes to fulfill. Something has changed. I’m hoping management will examine this issue further
BEWARE this store will seek out ways to add additional charges you did not request on to your items, and even if you point it out to them they will tell you that’s what they have been instructed to do. You will save the gas money going to any other local Starbucks by avoiding this one.
I swear to you… the people that work in the mornings come off like they hate their lives… so slow… so rude… very unserious… I’ll order ahead on the app and still be waiting like 20mins for a chai latte… management and the regular baristas… I live in the apartments in the same complex and go here often cause of how close it is but I’m done coming here in the mornings… theres always an issue … nobody smiles.. its ridiculous.. and it’s crazy how nice the evening/night people are compared to the morning people…
