The drive thru is a horrid experience but the people sitting outside seem content with their day.

Hands down the slowest Starbucks in America UNFORTUNATELY
I came in on a Saturday morning after mobile ordering 20 min before. Apparently chatting with an old coworker was more important than making an already paid-for order. I watched this lady push my cups to the side to make an unpaid order for a talkative ex-coworker. Unprofessional, a waste of time, and theft of their products.
I have had run ins with rude management here in the past but the amount of times I have had to wait 20-25 minutes for an order is insane. Today, I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes and had to turn out because I would have been late for work. I hadn’t even gotten to order yet. This place consistently is extremely slowed and backed up.
