It’s Starbucks. Operation here is efficient, fast and kind. They get my order right almost every single time. If they have issues (they do) they communicate well.
Ordered drink, waited 20 minutes, somebody instantly just grabs it and walks away. I'm not sure what sucks more, Starbucks or the people who patron it, I guess. My mistake coming here.
