They need to close this location down. The employees are incompetent, unfriendly, and overall do not care about their job. Their is only one girl in there that can actually make drinks..I feel bad for her
Everytime I have come here it has been great. The workers are very nice and drinks are made quickly. The employee Brooklyn is awesome. Always a smile on her face and so eager to help. Give her a raise because she deserves it.
I’m constantly reminded to avoid this Starbucks at all cost! The drive thru takes forever! It’s crazy! Waiting 20 minutes for some coffee isn’t reasonable! There seriously needs to be some updating in workflow to help facilitate a faster drive thru.
This location is not equipped to support the volume of people it serves in peak hours. Be ready to wait 20 mins+ for your coffee. The drive thru takes over the area, and there is traffic everywhere around the apartments because of it.
