We are visiting from GA, and had Kiana take our large family order. She handled our order well and was super kind and gave suggestions. Overall great experience at this Starbucks!
Kiana was really impressive in the most positive way, I came one time and she remembered my name , drink and even how many sugar, wow , and indeed she’s so polite, mannered and genuine. That’s what Starbucks needs the most . Kimo.
Made my Strawberry Refresher just how I like it!
im not sure how to spell his name it’s either stillton or stealton but i came here 3 days in a row and he had a great energy. he always went above and beyond and he even remembered it was my birthday the day after. amazing service from everyone
