I have been to many Starbucks in my life of 70 years all over the world...This Starbucks has extraordinary consistent quality and thoughtful service. There are 3 people especially, over the years, that I call the "A" team at this store: Raven, Rachel, and Karen. Not to say the other employees there aren't great, but these 3 have gone beyond just serving me as a regular customer, rather they have become friends...making me feel comfortable as I sit in their store and read early in the mornings. Ordered a honey citrus mint tea, and it was HORRIBLE!!!! I was also really disappointed to see their health department grade.
I work at a local business nearby and frequently stop here for morning coffee, but a recent experience with Sarah was highly unprofessional. After a small joke about mixology and asking who could make me the best cup of tea, her response was overly snarky (like a bad valley girl impersonation) and gave me an 'unneeded bad attitude.'
