Sena is a doll! What a sweetheart, & she really knows her coffee (& the app) there at Starbucks. Sena will be the reason we return. She helped make my daughter's birthday special! :)
We can’t wait for the alternate location to open so we have options. Had to leave without one of our drinks this morning because we placed an order on the app, it took over 20 minutes to just get two of our drinks and I had to get my kids to school. This is a regular occurrence here… even when no one is in line, it takes forever. We came over the weekend and they were out of all the seasonal drinks. 👎🏼
You’re in a Kroger supermarket for petesake. How can you be out of whipped cream when there’s a freezer full in the store? This is very poor training by the manager.
Black coffee today had almost no “coffee” in it, more of a coffee flavored hot water. The tall girl with glasses is also very rude.
