They completely made my drink wrong. If I’m going to have to pay an arm and a leg for my drink I’d expect it to be made correctly. Making these drinks is not rocket science. When your starting wage as a barista is so high and you have terrible customer service and don’t make the drinks right it’s insane.
This location has improved so much over the last year or two. It has turned into my go to. Couple years ago I wouldn’t set foot in there for free coffee. Now I enjoy going there. Great job to the management team on the turnaround.
Sasha was amazing and had outstanding ccustomer service and patience. She was kind and understanding while going above and beyond making drinks in a timely manner while accommodating to customers accordingly.
