Jenna racially profiled me at this Starbucks on 12/24/25. As we were in line behind the rest of the customers, she singled me out and repeated twice “the line is OVER THERE.” While pointing to end of the line. After waiting in the same line as everyone else for 10 minutes, how was she going to tell me to step out of the line, go to the end of the line, while never saying anything to the other customers in front of me. As much as I do bad reviews I do great reviews! So here goes, I wasn’t greeted, however the came to assist upon coming to the counter. The engagement with the young lady at the counter was cool she insisted she can make sure my food was cooked. She got the order corrected and got food was given to me. In less than 5 mins. Better service than what I had experienced littler over an hour ago.
Drive thru coffee pickup. Service was fast and pleasant. Coffee was hot and just tight.
