08/08/2026 The girls working here are wonderful, hardworking, and clearly doing the best they can, but they are severely understaffed and it shows. There are currently only two employees doing what feels like the workload of five people, and they are being left overwhelmed and stretched far too thin. My biggest concern is that management needs to do a much better job supporting their employees. Better staffing, communication, and organization would make a huge difference. The team at Starbucks inside the king of Prussia mall are top notch! ✅ They treat me like family, and it’s always a great experience! Thanks for the hospitality!
Didn’t even stick around. Was told by the lady “I’ll be right with you” while my husband and I stood and wait. And waited. No one was in line, she was also waiting on no one. We waited more. Then jetted. Only to go to the even worst one across in the parking lot. Starbucks corporate might need to think about a retraining overhaul of all employees. This isn’t a rocket science job.
Friendly staff
The girly who was working the register was kinda rude. Did not greet me and there was no “thank you” during the entire conversation. I don’t often go to this Starbucks and now I know why. Will be sticking to the Starbucks outside of the target or the one near me in East Norriton.
