Is understandable that mistake happens, I was still trying to being kind and explain a simple latte order that was overcharged, don’t care about the money, but then the manager came at it but very nasty and disrespectful attitude even though they were the one who made the mistake. First bad experience in the whole Starbucks throughout America and other countries!
Watched the dread head guy mop the floor for 15 minutes after ordering. Then waited another 10 for my drinks. I was literally their only customer.
Great relaxing and rejuvenating coffee break!
Please do not go inside this store if your black they are very rude and disrespectful you are a barista that’s it the level of disrespect I endure I will never come back again
