Cynthia was amazing at King of Prussia. Happening to be out of my usual drink, she walked me through a few choices, & gave me her recommendation. She answered all my questions. Her suggestion was a perfect substitute. It my become my new favorite.
Super polite employees with swift service but they messed up my drank. Or maybe I’m jus used to the folks back home. So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa. 👌🏾
Had a worst experience ever. Cashier acted as an animal when I asked for a LARGE cup of caramel macchiato instead of saying VENTI. Very unprofessional staff.
The Starbucks inside the King of Prussia Target is a convenient little spot if you need your caffeine fix while shopping. It’s right up front near the entrance, so you can grab a drink before or after walking the aisles. The baristas here are friendly and pretty quick, even when there’s a short line. I’d like to give a higher review due to John busting his ass to make sure everyone who stopped by got their orders in a timely manner. We arrived around 12:15am, 6 or so other people were in line and we had quickly realized he had been working by himself with no other help. It’s so unfortunate to see. He apologized profusely and thanked us all for being patient with him.
