The third tie is not a charm. Long line, other employees just standing next to 1 register, watching long line. Mixed orders, I ordered no sugar, got plenty instead. Rood staff

Absolutely unacceptable. We spent over 50 dollars and over 30 minutes in line only to be given warm milk with nothing instead of our drinks. If you're out of ingredients, just let us know. By the time we figured it out, we were far away. What a rip off.
