Was not busy at all we were very patient and kind. Although the employees were not directly rude they were not efficiently working and had even gave out a order more complicated than mine to a customer that was 3 people after me. Why did I wait 30 minutes for a breakfast burrito and others orders were sent before mine. Train your staff better or add more employees if they can not handle the worl load
This location is nothing like other Starbucks stores. The drinks don’t taste like what you normally get at Starbucks, and the quality is very disappointing. On top of that, the staff had a bad attitude and provided poor customer service. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Worst Starbucks by far. Fernanda had a bad attitude the whole time. Like it’s not my fault if you don’t like your job. And she wanted to charge me an extra $1.30 so I can have extra milk in my coffee??? Like are you for real. It’s honestly ridiculous to be charged extra for a preference.
