Comfy place and service is great. Will is great and friendly.
Placed a mobile order for in-store pickup. I was about 5 miles away from this store. Before I got off the exit to get to this location, I received notification that my order was ready. When I walked in to grab my coffee, my order was not ready. Why have the notification if the order is not really ready and we still have to wait?
Very annoying I had to wait long. They even forgot to complete my order. I was not delighted.
Hey, I came to this location yesterday at 10:36. which is my normal location to get a caramel frappe with extra crunch. ( I advise for management to watch the cameras) Kyra fixed my drink and it seemed like it wasn’t extra current so I asked for some more for when she ignored me had me waiting five minutes just for her at the crunch as soon as she added the crunch, she left my drink open and put the lid on top of the counter.
