Last week was my first time visiting this Starbucks location and honestly… what a disappointment. I walked in around 3:40 PM and stood there for 8 minutes with absolutely NO line inside. Not a single sense of urgency. What made it worse was the barista’s attitude…she looked visibly annoyed, like helping customers was the last thing she wanted to do. prepared to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes for your drink regardless of going in store ordering online or going through the drive-through even DoorDash! I waited behind a car for three minutes so the employee could get the customer straw don’t go before work cause you’ll be late
I’m honestly irritated that I just wasted $10 on a meal that wasn’t even made correctly. It’s one thing to pay premium prices, but at the very least the order should be right. What I received tasted completely off from what I ordered, and there was no attention to detail whatsoever. To make matters worse, my pastry was not heated properly. Lady with the pink curly hair needs to adjust her attitude. Very rude and disrespectful. I asked for double cup and she brought 5 cups only needed 2 and when she set them down it was in frustration. Management needs to deal with her. Won’t be coming back
