I always get coffee here. The service is great and I tried iced brown sugar espresso latte with Brown sugar cold foam. It was sooo delicious
I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks, but the service has taken a serious hit. The staff has no idea what they are doing, and it shows. New employees are completely untrained, and it’s frustrating. Yesterday, I waited 30 minutes for my drinks, and after all that, I found a bug inside the lid. To make matters worse, there are flies everywhere, which is extremely unhygienic. This place needs some serious attention to get back on track.
