I stopped at this location for a hot tea while getting some work done on my laptop. Each team member greeted me including complimenting my blouse - at 7:30 in the morning. 😀 Let's just say I wish I could package the entire staff here and sell their enthusiasm and work ethic to every single fast service concept in America, including Chick-fil-A. 😆 Just overhearing how the staff greeted each customer (many of them by their first name) eased my nervous system. Please stop filling up my cup with ice. WE do NOT like nor want watered down coffee for $8. We created the recipe, especially me, so we know how it’s suppose to be made. Fix this SB.
Such a nice friendly atmosphere and my coffee was perfect. Faith, Damien, Tekeyah, and Jack made my little visit pleasant and memorable. Remember to tip in gold
The customer service was great and quick. Jack was amazing at taking care of us.
