Update: Nooo... Train the new employees to actually pull espresso shots instead of using the overheated hot coffee that's sitting on the burner. I can tell from temperature and taste that they didn't use espresso.. please train them because I trusted this spot. Better than the one in Plymouth Colony place, they ACTUALLY give you the extra espresso you pay for. Instead of them just dumping old coffee in your drink. Nicole who works there was not very kind and welcoming and made my coffee incorrectly. Disappointing.
I wanted to write this review using target app but my order history for Starbuck is not showing up there… Nicole is a very hard worker, and I have seen this very consistently from her the few times I have been in. She often works by herself and does an amazing job managing it all. She is patient and kind, given customers can be the opposite. She also enforces the Target policy of not being able to take tips, which I think should definitely be changed!!!!! Thank you, Nicole, for being you!

Nicole has been the barista the last two times I’ve gone in, makes a great coffee and very friendly! Make sure to say hello and be kind to people working in the consumer industry, especially this holiday season! Keep up the good work. :)
