Never got my red cup and when I wanted a refund, no refund and no coffee
They always get my order right, and this morning they added a cute little smiley face on my cup. It really made my day :) UPDATE: I had ordered a hot beverage a few times recently and gotten it cold instead, and tonight I came in for a late night study session and had the same thing happen.
