There are some reviews on here that are inaccurate because they mention a drive-thru. This is a Starbucks inside of a Fred Meyer, so there is no drive-thru. That being said this Starbucks is lovely. The employees are very kind, and my drink is always tasty. They may not have all of the items that a regular Starbucks has, but there are still plenty of options.
I used to visit this Starbucks almost every morning, but unfortunately my experience has been consistently disappointing. The employees often seem more focused on talking and goofing around than providing quality service. At the drive-thru, a worker immediately knew my name in a way that felt targeted rather than friendly. When I receive my drink, it’s sometimes watery, which makes it feel like there’s a lack of care in preparation. Two mobile orders wrong 2 days in a row. First I asked for light sweet cream in my cold brew and it had a copious amount to the point where the drink was undrinkable because it was so sweet. The next day I ordered a vanilla cold brew and I'm not even sure what they made. It was definitely cold brew, but whatever was mixed in and on top was incorrect. I've never had a cold brew with some foam on top. They also made a chicken jalapeno pocket and I'm a vegetarian. Just about threw up when I took the first bite. I had to call St... read more
